SFCA International Team Nominations 2009

Dear All,

As per the Federation Selection Process I would like to ask for nominations to fish this years international events. They are -

• World Championships- 5/6 Sept- Holland- the team will travel to Holland at the end of August returning on the 7^th Sept. The squad will be a team of 6
• Celtic Cup-  1/2^nd August- Ireland- the squad will be a team of 7. Venue likely to be Loch Muckno, Castleblaney The squad will leave on Wed 29^th July returning 3^rd August.

I would ask for nominations to be returned to me by March 23^rd 2009  these will be published on the Federation website. These can be e-mailed to me on the.patons@ntlworld.com or alternatively individuals can discuss with me.

As a reminder the eligibility rules are -

1. Any individual seeking selection should be a member of an angling club affiliated to the SFCA.
2. The individual must be a citizen of the United Kingdom, or alternatively, the holder of a United Kingdom passport.
3. Either of the following must apply:
   1. That individual must have been resident in Scotland for a period of  5 years immediately preceding nomination; or 
   2. In the event that the individual is domiciled outside Scotland, they must have been born in Scotland, or either of their parents must have been born in Scotland.
